San Joaquin


It offers a harmonious wooded landscape, its main attractions are the water fall "Maravillas", of more than 20 meters; Los Herrera caverns, where stalactites and stalagmites acquire capricious forms; and the Campo Alegre National Park, ideal for camping. In addition, the Las Ranas Archaeological Sites, an ancient Chichimeca ceremonial center, can be seen.
